Contestants clashed on this weekend's Four In A Bed. With re-run episodes airing on Channel 4 , it was Sunday's archived series that saw an explosive row erupt between owners Malaya, Phil and Maria. The show sees B&B operators battle it out to prove their establishment is the best value for money.

With each team visiting every team's B&B, it can often spark arguments when it comes to the feedback section, with some accusing others of 'game playing'. This weekend's show was no exception, with a brutal row after guests' stay at Malaya's venue in Blackpool. Guests Phil and Maria issued a scathing three-word review after their stay with Malaya, telling him of his B&B, "it needs closing".

They'd given Malaya a low rating and he was trying to find out why. "The taps on the sink, turn the tap, the tap follows you," Phil explained. The comment clearly didn't go down well as he sarcastically apologised for not being a five-star hotel.

"What do you think about the taps spinning round and the shower overflowing? Is that normal? Is that what you get with B&B these days?" Phil asked. "I think it needs more than improving. It needs closing," he said after Malaya admitted issues were being addressed.

Phil's brutal review didn't go down well with B&B owner Pete either, who after watching said: "That's out of order. To say that it needs closing is way over the line." After the explosive argument, Phil reduced his payment to Malaya by £25.

As a result, Malaya ended the episode in last place o.
