Fresh off the back of an in-game performance featuring Ice Spice and Snoop Dogg , Fortnite developer Epic Games has announced lauch plans for Chapter 2 Remix. Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix is coming to PS5, PlayStation 4, Xbox consoles, PC, Android and Nintendo Switch on November 2. Of course, as with the launch of any new season, fans won't be able to start playing until after a period of server downtime.

"It's time to hit the Rewind button!" reads an Epic Games tweet.
"Downtime for v32.00 begins at 2 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand." For UK fans, matchmaking will be disabled at around 5.
30am GMT, followed by the game being taken offline in full at 6am GMT. Epic hasn't officially confirmed when the game will be back online, but the launch of a new season typically results in longer periods of server downtime. This his means Fortnite is likely to remain offline until at least 10am GMT, and possibly 11am GMT.
In a follow-up tweet, Epic has confirmed that the Chapter 2 Remix download will be larger than usual. "Heads up, the v32.00 game update will be a larger download in comp.
