Fortnite fans are counting down to the start of Chapter 2 Remix, which takes things back to the old-school. Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix was preceded by an in-game concert featuring the likes of Ice Spice and Snoop Dogg. The season will continue the musical theme when it launches on Saturday morning.
Indeed, Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix has a November 2 release date on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android and PC. 00 begins at 2 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand." As you can see from the tweet, Fortnite will be taken offline in full at 6am GMT, while matchmaking will be disabled at around 5.30am GMT.
With downtime ushering in the start of a new season and map (which you can see below, it's expected to run for longer than usual. This means Fortnite could potentially be offline until around 10-11am GMT. Daily Express will update this article when the game is back online.
As for the season itself, Chapter 2 Remix re-introduces the Chapter 2 map, albeit with some major differences. The Agency compound is now The Doggpound, which is described as the new home .
