A Love Island star has put her house up for sale after lovingly renovating it with the help of her fiancé. Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott, who found love after both appeared on different series of the hit ITV show, renovated the Cornish home together. Surfer and Cornishwoman Lucie, 26, confirmed to her Instagram followers that she was putting her beloved Cornish cottage up for sale this summer.

The stunning home in Cubert, near , went up for sale inviting offers in the region of £475,000. She purchased it back in 2021 and has since gutted the place from top to bottom. Sharing snippets of her renovations, Lucie was not afraid to get her hands dirty with the project as she restored it to its former glory.

She's not confirmed what is next in store for the pair but she and Luke are currently in the process of restoring a former Cornish chapel which they have just finished repointing. The couple has been sharing the progress of work to the Wesleyan Chapel in Newquay on their dedicated Of the cottage sale, Lucie said it was "slightly sad but exciting" as she looks on to the next chapter of her life. She told her home account's 176,000 followers: "It was always my dream to get a foot on the property ladder and finding this little gem a few years ago was the perfect start for me.
