IndiGo, India's largest airline, has often come under public scrutiny over its service and it has even made headlines over the insurmountable delays experienced by many domestic and international passengers. In yet another instance of grave discomfort and inconvenience caused to IndiGo passengers, TCS employee Madhan Kumar Reddy shared his overwhelmingly bad experience while on an international visit. Flight Too Full For Luggage Reddy took LinkedIn to air his concerns.

In his post addressed to IndiGo's official page on the website, Reddy said, I had the worst experience in travelling with indigo from Doha to Hyderabad on 11th Jan, when the indigo staff was left our Baggage in Doha and the reason they told us is very unbelievable “The flight is full and couldn’t fit the luggage” this they didn’t even inform passengers on the flight." In addition, the passengers were only informed about these developments after they arrived in Hyderabad. The user further added, "Once on the arrival of the Hyderabad when passengers are looking for the baggage most of the passenger's baggage’s missing, when approached the IndiGo staff, they are saying that the baggage will come by next 24hrs and asked all the passengers to report to the 14th belt baggage and provide the details.
