Canadian travelers now have two nonstop flight options to Mexico's Guadalajara, both operated by ultra-low-cost carrier Flair Airlines. The airline was already the sole carrier operating nonstop flights between Canada and Guadalajara and has now commenced services from Toronto to complement its existing flights from Vancouver. Double the options for cheap flights On September 13, 2024, Flair Airlines (Flair) flight F82660 departed Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) at 13:23 and, after a flight of 4:23 hours, arrived in Mexico at Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) at 15:46.

The nonstop route was flown with a 2019 Boeing 737 MAX 8 , registration C-FFEL and MSN 64942 that departed GUD at 17:42 and landed at Toronto Pearson International at 23:52. The new service will operate from Toronto Pearson up to three times weekly in fall/winter 2024 and spring 2025. Flair's other nonstop route to Guadalaja is scheduled to depart Vancouver International Airport (YVR) three times weekly at 13:40 and arrive at GUD at 19:50.

The return flight will leave at 20:35 and land in Vancouver at 00:55 the following day. Last year, Guadalajara welcomed nearly 500,000 Canadian visitors, and with Vancouver a success, the addition of the Toronto flights will likely grow that number significantly. Flair Airlines Interim CEO and President Maciej Wilk said the flights to Guadalajara have been a "huge success," and the airline is really excited to see the same enthusiasm and demand from Toronto.
