Fans have been given the first look at the final ever car adventure for Richard Hammond , Jeremy Clarkson and James May together - on the road in Zimbabwe for one last time. The former Top Gear stars now front The Grand Tour which comes to an end on September 13, marking the end of 22 years working together on the show. Before that, they had also been on BBC's Top Gear for over a decade.

In their last adventure, Jeremy, Richard and James ignore the instructions of show boss Mr Wilman and head to Zimbabwe in three cars they've always wanted to own, a Lancia Montecarlo, a Ford Capri 3-litre, and a Triumph Stag. The trio go on a stunning road trip through beautiful and sometimes challenging landscapes leading to an emotional ending on a strangely familiar island. A new trailer released today shows Clarkson saying: "So for the last time, here we go.

" The song 'He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother' plays and the trio are shown laughing and joking together, it ends with the words 'One For The Road' appearing. In November 2023, the news broke that Jeremy, 64, along with James and Richard had wrapped up what is to be their concluding chapter to the much-loved show. Taking to X, formally Twitter , Jeremy had already shared a teaser at their final instalment.
