Fire Country: Promo for season finale Fire Country season three will be visited by Supernatural favourite and upcoming The Boys star Jared Padalecki in an exciting recurring role. The CBS drama has become a massive hit for the network, starring SEAL Team ’s Max Thieriot as Bode Leone, an inmate firefighter tackling emergencies and seeking redemption in Northern California. Season three will be coming to screens this October and is filling out the roster with more huge names to join series regulars Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr and Billy Burke.

Deadline reports that Jared has signed on for a three-episode arc as a new Southern California firefighter who shakes things up amongst the team. He’s best known for portraying Sam Winchester alongside Jensen Ackles for 15 years and has just wrapped up a four-season run of Walker. While he has only signed on to recur in three episodes, Deadline is already reporting he could be a shoo-in to lead his own spin-off. It would join the already ordered offshoot Sheriff County set to feature Deadpool star Morena B.
