According to a recent press release, Fincantieri has partnered with Italy’s Hera Group to enhance waste management in its shipyards. The partnership will result in the formation of a new company jointly owned by Fincantieri and Hera Group .

This collaboration will be facilitated through their subsidiaries, Herambiente Servizi Industriali (HASI) and ACR di Reggiani Albertino S.p.A.
