While eight farmers were announced in Channel Seven 's casting reveal, not all the men will make it to air, according to a new report. An insider tells New Idea that 'introducing a larger group of farmers that ladies can apply to meet is regular practice for Farmer' but not every man makes it on air.
'Producers like to cast the net wide and then if they don't get enough applications for a respective farmer they don't make it to air' the alleged insider said. 'It would sting but that is the way it is' they added. The magazine alleges the process occurred in the 2024 season, with Farmer Todd reappearing when Farmers Dean and Bert left early.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel Seven for comment. The 2024 series, hosted by Samantha Armytage , once again saw six single farmers date a group of compatible women in the hopes of finding their future wives.
