It seems like only yesterday that the fantasy football season was beginning. But we're already a month in. For some fantasy managers, things have gone A-OK.

They were able to get Jayden Daniels of the Washington Commanders as a low-end QB1. They used an early pick on Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry or Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley. They avoided the early rash of injuries at wide receiver and have a tight end who is actually producing—at least somewhat.

Other fantasy managers have not been so fortunate. They have watched Patrick Mahomes post relatively pedestrian numbers. Watched Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White plod his way right out of the lead job.

Those aforementioned injuries have decimated their receivers. And the tight ends. Oh my the tight ends.

However, there's still time for struggling teams to turn the season around. And time for successful teams to hit a rough patch. Fantasy managers need to be constantly vigilant, always on the lookout for anything that could give them an edge in the week to come.
