Eyenovia announces pricing of $5.14M public offering

ProfessionalStudioImages/E+ via Getty Images Ophthalmic company Eyenovia ( NASDAQ: EYEN ) on Wednesday agreed to sell 12.85M shares at a price of $0.40 per share.

Eyenovia ( EYEN ) is expected to earn gross proceeds of about $5.14M from the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund commercialization activities for its ophthalmic medicines such as Mydcombi and clobetasol propionate.

The offering is expected to close on or about August 22nd. Shares of Eyenovia ( EYEN ) were down 34.7% during Wednesday trading hours.
