The Disney Entertainment Showcase started D23 2024 with a bang! The three-hour-long presentation delivered exclusive looks at movies like live-action Lilo & Stitch, Avatar: Fire and Ash, and Incredibles 3 as well as shows that range from Daredevil: Born Again to Percy Jackson and the Olympians. While the reveals certainly stole the show, Disney made sure to keep attendees entertained with guest appearances from stars like Jeff Bridges and musical numbers featuring tunes from Moana 2 and Mufasa: The Lion King. It was certainly a night to remember, but D23 is far from over.

The new trailer sees Moana looking to reteam with Maui when a new, stormy threat threatens the life she’s built with her family. Alongside an in-person dance number , stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Auli’i Cravalho took the stage to talk about what their characters will bring to the table when Moana 2 splashes into theaters November 27, 2024.
“Moana is leader of land and sea," Cravalho said. "More exciting, she is a big sister. Her sister is her whol.
