THE best secret beach in Europe is easy to find - with cheap flights from the UK. Pasjaca Beach in Croatia is found around 18 miles from Dubrovnik in the south. The beach is found at the bottom of the Konavle cliff, so expect a steep walk down the steps .
According to European Best Destinations , the beach is a "miracle" by how it was formed. Back in the 1950s, a tunnel was created from the fields which flooded to the sea. The waves then turned the rocks into pebbles, then sand, which led to the beach.
Due to being off the beaten track, don't expect any shops or toilets at the beach. And other tourists have warned to take beach umbrellas, as there is little shade in the slim stretch of sand. However, people have raved about how stunning it is.
