David Britton Estates has launched David Britton International, expanding its reach beyond the UK. The agency has been chosen to provide sales and marketing services for luxury villas at the Soneva Jani resort in the Maldives, including the one-of-a-kind North Island. North Island, described as a 'breathtaking oasis,' will have a total land area of 33,437 square metres and a 3,717 square metre built-up area. The complex will feature five bedrooms and three children's rooms across a series of villas on the island, sitting at the northern tip of Soneva Jani. The main villa will have an infinity pool and an 'opulent master suite', while the two guest villas will have direct access to the beach.
