On Tuesday, August 27, Tom, known for representing high-profile cases, was found guilty of operating a decade-long Ponzi scheme and misappropriating tens of millions of dollars in settlement funds from his clients. The 85-year-old attorney was also convicted on four counts of wire fraud.
