Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij, awarded Asia's Best Female Chef 2024, will be the first chef to take over The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands’ Summer Pavilion, the acclaimed Indian Ocean outpost of Singapore’s Michelin-starred venue at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.

On August 10th and 11th, Chef Pam will showcase her culinary skills from Bangkok’s POTONG (ranked #17 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants) in a setting famed for its design and culinary heritage.
