Along with her husband Will, they drove Rose to a deserted location and abandoned her there, reports . However, the plot thickened when something seemed to happen to Rose after an unknown character found her. The individual drove towards Rose on the side of the road, before pulling over.

Rose appeared taken aback by the arrival of this character, but following this scene, viewers didn't see the car, the mystery person or even Rose - as she seemingly disappeared. In a mysterious turn of events, all that was found were Rose's bag, a picture her grandchildren had drawn and a hospital letter scattered across the grass. Since then, Kim and Will have fabricated a story about Rose's whereabouts to tell everyone, including Dawn.

They lied, claiming she had relap.
