Emmerdale: Ella Forster kisses Liam in front of Chas Emmerdale newcomer Paula Lane has addressed the potential return of serial killer nurse Meena Jutla in a huge twist. The actress joined the soap earlier this year as Ella Forster and it was quickly revealed to viewers that she was hiding a dark secret from her new neighbours. A strong theory started to develop that Ella was somehow linked to Meena (Paige Sandhu), who is currently behind bars following her role in the deaths of Leanna Cavanagh, Ben Tucker and Andrea Tate.
When Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) opened up about his daughter Leanna’s murder, his love interest Ella’s reaction left many fans suspicious. In the meantime, it came to light that Ella had a friend who encouraged her to go into nursing, same career as Meena. However, it was revealed that Ella killed her best friend when she was a child.
