Emily Cooper is back in Paris for a fourth time. I’m not sure if I’m delighted or exhausted to report that it’s still the vapid, nonsensical mess it’s always been. And quite a mess it is as we reunite with Emily, who is being “exposed” in a viral TikTok video for destroying her friend Camille and would-be lover Gabriel’s wedding – which Camille, secretly pregnant, blew up by declaring she knew Gabriel loved Emily (are you keeping up?).
Now Camille’s teenage brother wants to publicly shame her, but not to worry – this is Emily in Paris , so everyone seems to forget about it all within the first five minutes of this opening episode. What a relief. Emily’s TikTok drama is about as exciting as this season gets.
