The allure of camping and glamping has grown exponentially in Brunei, as families and groups discover the joys of connecting with nature. This trend was evident during the recent Family Friend Camping Glamping Group event in Muara Beach, where participants gathered to enjoy a weekend of outdoor activities and family bonding. Mohd Alimin bin Haji Kina, a participant in the family category, shared his experience and preparation for the camping event.

“It took us about two to three days to prepare since most of the camping equipment was already available. However, we had to purchase some new items to replace damaged ones,” he explained. The event spanned three days, from August 9 to 11.

Reflecting on the experience, Mohd Alimin expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to teach his children important life skills. “As parents, we are thankful to be able to teach our children how to be independent and live more meaningful lives in the future.
