The Australian supermodel, 60, first purchased the sprawling six-bedroom 8,300 square foot property for $11.

8million (US$8.1m) in 2018. She put the property on the market in 2022 for $29million but lowered the price twice down to $22million after initially struggling to secure a buyer.

However, she still managed to secure a huge profit of more than $15million (US$10.4million) when compared to the initial purchase cost. The expansive mansion features exquisite French Normandy-style architecture and was originally built in the 1980s, receiving extensive renovations since then.

Some of its exquisite amenities include large spacious rooms with tall ceilings, a chefs kitchen, a library, two walk-in wardrobes, a home gym and a saltwater pool. There is also a private dock and tennis courts as well as areas for entertaining, while Elle also adorned the walls with lavish artworks by Damien Hirst and Andy Warhol. The property is located in the ritzy Floridian city of Coral Gables, in a luxury gated community .
