The soaps are lining up huge scenes this week across the board, with Emmerdale , EastEnders and Coronation Street all returning on Monday night after the weekend. There's sad and worrying scenes ahead for more than one soap and more than one character. Villain Joel Deering may finally be brought down in upcoming scenes on Corrie, as there is a significant discovery on Monday night that leaves someone reeling.

With one resident possibly exposing his lies by accident, it's surely only a matter of time before he's caught out. Another villain who looks set to be exposed is Emmerdale's Tom King. The next episode will air the devastating fallout to Tom deliberately running over Belle Dingle's dog amid the show's abuse storyline.

Over in Walford, newcomer Teddy Mitchell seems to be up to something with an offer for one resident. But with teasers hinting at a dark past, can he be trusted? Starting with EastEnders, Reis Colwell is a nervous wreck after Phil Mitchell demanded his money by Monday. His scam did not pay off, and Phil has him rumbled, threatening him to pay up.

As Phil rages, Teddy and Sharon Watts intervene to cool things down, and Sonia is able to buy Reiss time by pleading with Sharon. But soon, Teddy decides to take on the debt from Phil and tells a shocked Reiss who agrees with the deal - but is Teddy too good to be true, and wh.
