E-470 closed at I-25 for police activity

LONE TREE, Colo. — All lanes of E-470 are closed at the intersection with Interstate 25 in Lone Tree due to police activity Sunday morning. The city posted at 10:55 a.

m. on social media that the road was closed in the area of Park Meadows Mall, along with Yosemite and Jamaica streets. Police were not able to immediately say what the police activity was.

No estimated time was given for when the road will reopen. Drivers are advised to find alternate routes. This is a developing story, it will be updated as information is confirmed.
