Dublin hotel prices have skyrocketed within hours of Manchester rock legends Oasis announcing two Croke Park gigs as part of their reunion tour. The Wonderwall band , fronted by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, confirmed on Twitter, now known as X, that they will be embarking on a 14-date tour of the UK and Ireland in 2025. Performing together for the first time since 2009, the brothers have appeared to reconcile and move past their long-running public feud to the delight of fans who feared they’d never take to the stage as a duo again.

With Oasis not playing on Irish shores since headlining Slane back in 2008, the Gallaghers will be playing Croke Park over two dates, on Saturday August 16, 2025 and Sunday August 17, 2025. Despite the race for tickets looking to cause heartache for tens of thousands of Irish fans, hotels around the Irish capital are already showing similar prices to when Taylor Swift came to town earlier in the summer. While there are still many hotels, apartments and hostels available, it’s already becoming clear that it’s a ‘you get what you pay for’ situation in terms of securing accommodation.

At the time of writing only two hotels are available under €400 on Booking.com for the night of Saturday, August 16, 2025. While the following day, Sunday, August 17, looks a bit better with seven hotels currently having rooms available for under €200.

The cheapest hotel available on Saturday is The Lansdowne Hotel, located in Dublin 4 near the Aviva .
