The pass rate for driving theory tests in the UK has fallen from 65 percent in the 2007-2008 financial year, to just 44 percent by 2022-2023. August holds the second highest pass rate (49.28 percent) for a theory test, making it the month you could most likely pass, with April just taking the top spot by an extra 0.
