Kenmare Shamrocks 0-13 Templenoe 0-13 This was a winner-take-all game between fierce local rivals Kenmare Shamrocks and Templenoe and it did not disappoint as they slugged it out in Fr Breen Park Kenmare with neither side being able to claim bragging rights. The upshot of this thrilling draw is that Kenmare Shamrocks will go through to the semi-finals to face Dingle away while Rathmore will be at home to Dr Crokes next weekend. Templenoe appeared to adapt to the swirling wind better than the hosts and it was Gavin Crowley who opened the scoring and then Killian Spillane fired over a second point. But it was Seanie O’Shea, who was the centre of attention all game who got Kenmare Shamrocks on the board from a well taken mark. It was the 22nd minute before Seanie O’Shea got Kenmare’s second point and then the home side reeled off three points on the trot, from Kevin O’Sullivan, and two from Seanie O’Shea to ensure that sides retired 0-5 apiece at the interval.
