yellow and white over the weekend when dozens of Ronald McDonalds stormed the restaurant in what’s believed to be a sorority prank. In a series of clips posted to TikTok, a sea of young women sporting the famous Maccas clown’s garb — complete with white face paint and oversized red smiles — can be seen running en masse into the suburb of Ashburton’s McDonalds. Sprinting across the road towards the restaurant, the busload of Ronalds are then spotted scurrying inside the premises together and dancing in the service area.
Some pranksters even stepped behind the counter to pose for photos, or chat with staff who appeared largely amused by the shenanigans. One video has already amassed than 38 million views on the platform, with commenters stunned the girls were able to coordinate the laughable antics. “I don’t have enough friends to do this,” one person said.
Google Pixel’s account wrote: “I can barely get the group text to go to brunch, let alone this.” Some of the restaurant’s workers responded to comments claiming they weren’t quite lovin’ it. With one saying: “I’m the girl working in the vid absolutely loved them made my day😻”.
