The project broke ground on September 3, 2024 , at the corner of Central and Adams in downtown Phoenix , with the new four-star, four-diamond property slated to open in Fall 2026.
This 236-room hotel, built by Mortenson and designed by the architecture firm Gensler, will redefine luxury and style in downtown Phoenix .
