The former president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr sparked outrage when he called his 17-year-old daughter Kai ‘sexy’ earlier this week. He can be heard making the comment in a clip of them sat side by side in makeup chairs as they got ready for the Republican National Convention.
Kai spoke at the convention where her ‘normal grandpa’ was confirmed as the party’s candidate for this year’s presidential election . In the clip, posted to Trump Jr’s own TikTok account, the 46-year-old says: ‘Kai, what do you think, getting makeup make me sexy like you?’ His teenage daughter tells him: ‘I think you look very beautiful.’ Trump Jr responds: ‘Thank you Kai, I’m glad you think I look very beautiful.
I don’t do this very often, but in HD you better do it.’ As an artist pats his face with a makeup sponge, he adds: ‘I’m just excited for Kai’s first speech where she chose a very large venue to get out there. She’s going to crush it – I love you Kai.
’ His clip, watched more than 8million times, has certainly raised a few eyebrows. ‘That sounds kinda sus’, one person commented. ‘So actually we don’t wanna be calling our daughter sexy’, another said.
One went so far as to say: ‘I think it’s weird and creepy if you think your daughter lo.
