Far from it, as the automaker is currently celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Hemi-powered Durango with a couple of special edition vehicles that are about as in-your-face a V8 as you can get. First up is the Silver Bullet, a limited-production run based on the 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat.

Very much a product of Dodge’s Hellcat All The Things period, the Silver Bullet gets the same supercharged 6.2L V8, eight-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel-drive as the regular Durango Hellcat. With 710 hp and 640 lb-ft of torque, it’s a monster of a truck, capable of blitzing down a drag strip, or trailering a vintage Hemi Barracuda home from that same drag strip.

Red Brembo six-piston brake calipers peek out from behind dark-finished 20-inch wheels, and the exhaust tips are blacked out as well.
