Can you tell me a little about your journey from marketing to design and how the entire transition happened for you? I joined the company in the early 1990s, starting in market research, before moving into international marketing in Dubai, overseeing West Asia and Africa for Brand Titan. After returning to India in 2005, I shifted gears, heading design for the watches division, despite no prior design experience. This move stemmed from my belief that design could better align with business objectives, an insight from my marketing background.

In 2010, I transitioned to lead design and innovation for the jewelry .
