Federal Land, through its Federal Land Communities (FLC) brand, has developed this project to merge convenience, comfort, and connectivity within a tight-knit community. The neighborhood offers various options for different lifestyles, including residential areas, shops, and social spaces, all designed to enhance the lives of its residents.
A glimpse of the Meadowcrest lifestyle The Meadowcrest Backyard Adventure aimed to introduce the estate to the public and help them envision their potential lifestyle at Meadowcrest through a fun run and themed activities. Federal Land hosted the Meadowcrest Backyard Adventure on Sunday, July 21, at Meadowcrest in Biñan, Laguna. Capitalizing on the current trend in running events, the goal was to promote health and wellness while providing a preview of the lifestyle Meadowcrest offers.
The event saw around 540 participants. Guests enjoyed various activities, including an obstacle run with celebrity participants like Isabel Daza, Matteo Guidicelli, Bubbles Paraiso, Victor Basa, and Gretchen Ho, who took part in a two-kilometer fun run. The event also featured a one-kilometer run for pet lovers and garden activities such as painting clay pots.
While there are no current plans to make this an annual even.
