Diljit Dosanjh, who’s on a whirlwind of his sold-out Dil-Luminati tour across the nation, dropped a video slamming the internet trolls for making fun of a girl crying inconsolably at his recent Jaipur concert. No cookies for guessing, but the centrist and RW misogynist accounts made memes of the girl splashing it across the social media platform, making her a subject of ridicule and thereby also instigating the phobia of being judged for expressing a little joy in seeing your favorite artist online or in person. In the fiery reel on Instagram, Diljit paaji remarks that it’s okay to cry, stating that even he does.
The actor and pop star further added that music is an emotion, and only people with emotions do cry. The Lion of Punjab (2011) actor commented in the video in his native Punjabi that no one should stop a girl as they are equally independent like their male counterparts. During the Hyderabad concert, he remarked, “You are insulting the daughter of the country.
