The legal filing claims the Department of Homeland Security "orchestrated" the release of the video to CNN. "Diddy's attorneys accuse the feds of misconduct in his criminal case .

The music mogul's lawyers also criticized recent raids on his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. The Department of Homeland Security has not yet responded to these allegations. Combs has consistently denied all accusations of wrongdoing.
