Sen asserts that these problems, coupled with the company's inadequate handling of repairs, have caused her severe emotional anguish.
Reportedly, she seeks INR 50 crore in damages for mental harassment and an additional INR 10 lakh for legal expenses. Furthermore, Sen demands a replacement vehicle due to the defects. .
