Both conditions are life-threatening , with low chances of survival.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a severe form of dengue, causing bleeding, blood plasma leakage, and low platelet count, which can lead to shock, organ failure, and death if untreated. In the past 24 hours, Safdarjung Hospital has reported over 15 confirmed dengue cases and 13 suspected cases, with a total of 74 patients currently admitted. Two deaths have been reported since July 1, one at Safdarjung and another at Loknayak Hospital.
