Some very big stars participated in night 3 of the 2024 Democratic National Convention. Hosted at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, the four-day event will culminate with Vice President Kamala Harris formally accepting the nomination to lead the Democratic ticket in the 2024 presidential election. On Wednesday (August 21), her running mate Tim Walz officially accepted his nomination with support from his wife Gwen and their kids Hope and Gus .
The night featured several celebrity speakers, including one who referenced the divorce of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck from the stage. There were also performances from the likes of Maren Morris and John Legend and appearances from notable politicians.
