National youth work charity UK Youth , which operates Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre , near Bransgore, Hampshire , has been granted conditional planning permission to build a new indoor facility on the site, which UK Youth opened has operated since 1946. The proposal, approved by the New Forest National Park Authority , will see an “existing, under-used and poor quality” storage building demolished and replaced with an Experiential Learning & Sports Centre, promoting all-year-round use of the site.
