Deborah Ann Butcher Deborah Ann Butcher, 64, of Inwood, WVA, formerly of Falls Church, VA, died Monday, August 19, 2024, in Winchester Medical Center. She was born July 18, 1960, in Arlington, the daughter of James and Margaret Beach Kulp who are both deceased. She was married to Neil R.

Butcher for 23 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Shaun Roberts of Cleveland, OH, and siblings, Sandra (Sandy) Williams and her husband Kenny of Berryville, VA, and James (Jimmy) Kulp of Great Falls, VA, a niece, 2 nephews and 7 greats. In her early years she taught art, owned and operated a janitorial business, then worked as an office administrator in engineering.

She was an artist and loved sharing her art with anyone and she loved to work in her flower gardens. She loved life and had a beautiful outlook on it. Services will be private.
