My partner had big financial worries during nearly all our relationship. He also had health issues and needed surgery in early spring.
All the above issues caused a massive strain and enormous stress on the relationship. We were not living together, but I comforted him and tried to help him through as best I could. We never slept together due to his health issues, but we did have some intimacy at times.
As time moved on, I felt he was spending less time with me. He has always continued doing his usual routine, like going to the pub regularly, any time I was visiting. He never gave me any kind gesture when I visited.
