BLOOMINGTON — Singer-songwriter David Nail is bringing a night of holiday jingle and country twang to Bloomington. Nail is scheduled for a show starting at 8 p.m.

Dec. 13 at The Castle Theatre, 209 E. Washington St.

His concert is part of a 13-city tour, named "A Campire Chirstmas." A show announcement stated the Grammy-nominated musician is planning performances that create a festively cozy setting with holiday hits and re-imagined Christmas classics. "My wife Catherine has begged me to do a Christmas tour for several years, and I guess the timing just felt right to finally grant her wish," said Nail, in a statement.

Nail is also playing original tracks he's known for, like "Red Light" and "Nights on Fire." Virtuoso pianist Jacob Tolliver will be the special guest opener of the show. Venue doors open at 7 p.
