A DAD-OF-THREE has plunged to his death from a tower block balcony as three people are arrested over alleged the murder. Police raced to Black Friar Court in Salford, Greater Manchester, at 8.42pm on Sunday (August 11) after reports a man had fallen from the fourth floor.

Those arrested were a 37-year-old man, a 40-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man, police said. All three have since been bailed as the investigation continues.

Paying tribute to William, his family said: "It is with immense sadness and shock that the family of William Waheed Lyall have learnt of his unexpected death.

"William was loving, strong, resilient and worked tirelessly to provide for his family, not seeking recognition but wanting to see them happy. "His children meant the world to him and he taught them that true strength comes from selflessness.
