In a video that's been watched over two million times on TikTok, the 24-year-old walks into his dad's bedroom and chucks a set of house keys at his father. Confused, Richard catches them and asks why he's given them to him.
"I've just paid off your mortgage," replies Jamie. "No you haven't," the dad responds, thinking it's some kind of prank. "I've paid off your mortgage," he repeats.
"I've literally just rang up the bank and paid off every single penny left on your mortgage, you now own this whole house." Richard shakes his head in bemusement. "I swear," Jamie adds.
