Prayagraj : A wanted criminal was injured and arrested in an exchange of fire with the police near Jigni village road, under the limits of Bindiki police station of Fatehpur district late on Tuesday night. The injured criminal, identified as Gopal alias Indal (27), a resident of Meerakhpur, was admitted to the district hospital, Fatehpur, for treatment. Police said that six criminal cases, including theft, robbery were pending against the criminal in different districts, including Fatehpur and Kaushambi.
