The court has rejected former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin's injunction request to be re-instated to her position at the label. Min Hee-jin had been dismissed earlier this year, during her ongoing feud with HYBE. Court rejects Min Hee-jin's injunction request On October 29, the 50th Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed Min Hee-jin's injunction request to be reappointed as ADOR's CEO as the case did not meet legal requirements.

Soon after, Min Hee-jin's team issued a statement. Explaining the reason behind the injunction being dismissed, they stated, "The court did not rule on whether the shareholder agreement is valid. The court ruled that even if HYBE were to order the ADOR directors to perform their duties, the ADOR directors would not be obligated to follow it, so there would be no merit to the lawsuit.

Min Hee-jin's side further clarified that the shareholder agreement between HYBE and the former ADOR CEO is still valid. "According to the shareholder agreement, Min Hee-jin's term as CEO of ADOR is guaranteed until November 1, 2026," they wrote, before adding, "Therefore, Min Hee-jin once again requests ADOR's directors to appoint former her as the CEO at the ADOR board meeting scheduled for October 30, 2024."
