Costa Coffee is rolling out a major change to its loyalty scheme. The hot drinks giant - which is rivalled by the likes of Pret A Manger, Starbucks, Caffe Nero and more - has written to customers about the changes via email on Friday (August 23). Costa Club members get one “bean” for every drink they purchase, or two “beans” if you bring a reusable cup.
