The Coronation Street star, 39, welcomed a baby girl, Doris, in April last year with husband Chris Farr, and held off from publicly announcing her birth so as to enjoy the newborn bubble for five months.

Jennie, who has played Fizz Dobbs on the show since 2002, is also proud mum to Albert, nine, and five-year-old Hilda. 'Some people love diamonds, I love babies. It’s chaos at home and my dressing room mirror at work is literally covered with Post-It notes of things I need to do, but even so, I can’t promise we will pause now,' she told The Mirror .
