Coronation Street star Cait Fitton has been flooded with messages from her castmates and followers after she was seen heading off on holiday for a well-earned break. The actress' efforts in front of the camera have recently been witnessed by viewers of the ITV soap following her character Lauren Bolton's return to the famous cobbles. The teen suddenly went missing from Weatherfield back in February.
She appeared to be gone without a trace but when blood was found it her flat, her disappearance became a murder probe and it was an innocent Roy Cropper who was charged with her death by DS Lisa Swain. It wasn't until this month that Lauren was confirmed to be alive following the awful beating as she appeared at a poorly Roy's bedside in the hospital as he suffered a heart attack.
Her return didn't go unnoticed, however, and after being accosted by Joel, the pair had an intense confrontation which revealed what had really happened between the pair.
