A group of Coronation Street stars looked so different from their soap characters - as they headed abroad for a well-deserved holiday. Dee-Dee Bailey actress Channique Sterling Brown has been at the centre of a huge storyline as of late, after finally learning the truth about what her husband-to-be Joel Deering has been up to. Fans have known for months that Joel Deering was the one responsible for attacking and leaving Lauren Bolton for dead - but the other residents are just learning he's behind it all.
Now Channique and her soap colleagues have headed on a holiday to Rome, Italy. Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt, Charlotte Jordan , who plays Daisy Midgeley and Tanisha Gorey , who plays Asha Alahan, also enjoyed sun-soaked Rome.
